Togyū Okumura Memorial Art Museum at Hozumi 1429-1, Sakuho Town, Minamisaku District, Nagano Prefecture (postal code 384-0702; telephone 0267-88-3881) opened on 20 May 1990 to honor nihonga painter Togyū Okumura. Official town pages list hours from 9:30 to 17:00 with last entry at 16:30. Admission is 500 yen for adults and 300 yen for elementary and junior-high students, with group rates of 400 yen and 250 yen for parties of 20 or more; Sakuho residents enter free with ID. Closed on Mondays (with holiday substitutions), from 28 December to 4 January, and on listed installation days, while August is open every day. Confirm the closing calendar before travel.
