Takatō Castle Site Park in Higashi-Takato, Ina City, Nagano Prefecture preserves the former Takato Castle grounds that became a park in 1875 after the castle was dismantled in 1871. Official city pages highlight about 1500 Takato kohigan cherry trees in spring and about 250 maples in autumn, plus registered heritage buildings such as Takato-kaku. During the cherry festival from late March to mid-April, admission is listed as 600 yen for adults and 300 yen for children, with digital tickets noted for the Reiwa 8 season; the autumn maple festival is free.
