Koga History Museum opened in 1990 on the former outer-bailey site of Koga Castle in an award-winning building by Yoshida Keiji. Official pages describe three permanent rooms—Dutch Learning materials of retainer Takami Senseki, a survey of Koga history, and calligraphy and painting including Okuhara Seiko and Kawanabe Kyosai—hours 9:00–17:00, adult admission 400 yen, and a 600-yen three-museum ticket.
