Oarai Museum of Bakumatsu-Meiji History stands at Isohama-cho 8231-4 in Oarai Town, Ibaraki Prefecture, telephone 029-267-2276. Official pages list hours from 9:00 to 17:00 with last entry at 16:30. Admission is 500 yen for adults, 300 yen for university and high-school students, and 150 yen for junior-high and elementary students, with lower group rates for parties of 20 or more.
