Zuigan-ji Museum

瑞巌寺宝物館

Located in Miyagi Prefecture, the Zuigan-ji Museum serves as a repository for cultural assets spanning various eras. The facility functions as an active museum where the main hall is registered as a museum site. It houses significant items including five wooden Myo-o statues designated as Important Cultural Properties and a collection of 161 and 50 additional partition paintings from the Edo period. The museum also displays artifacts related to the Date clan and Rinzai Zen culture.
