Aki City Calligraphy Museum

安芸市立書道美術館

Aki City Calligraphy Museum, opened in 1982 as Japan’s first public calligraphy art museum, introduces local masters such as Kawaya Oun and Tejima Ukei, who founded “shosho” after showing “Hogyu” at the 1958 Brussels Expo.
