Yasuda Machinami Visitor Center: Nagomi

Yasuda Machinami Visitor Center Nagomi in Yasuda Town, Kochi Prefecture (1674-1 Yasuda, Yasuda-cho, Aki District, 781-6421) occupies restored buildings: a Taisho to early Showa eastern Tosa-style former Kashiwabara residence using Oborase timber, and a Taisho-era Western-style former Ichikawa clinic. Donated by owners and opened in 2010, it serves as a community exchange hub introducing local figures from the Bakumatsu and Meiji Restoration eras and hosts year-round special exhibitions.
