Located in Hokkaido, the Nakagawa Ecomuseum offers a virtual tour of its facilities, including the natural history museum and accommodation buildings. This virtual experience allows visitors to view areas typically inaccessible to the public and interact with 3D modeled fossils, such as ammonites, from various angles. The center also provides virtual observations of two geological sites: a Cretaceous seafloor hot spring featuring well-preserved chemosynthetic ecosystems and an ancient deep sea floor containing some of Hokkaido's oldest ammonites and amber.
