Kitano Museum of Art in Nagano City’s Wakaho district presents Japanese and Western works, from Kawabata Gyokusho-style painting traditions to pieces by Carrier-Belleuse and Rodin. Official pages currently promote the seasonal show “Art Through the Seasons: Spring and Summer” (23 May–16 August 2026), note garden and tea-room facilities, hours 9:30–17:00 (shorter in winter), Monday closures, and adult admission of 700 yen.
