Ryūkoku Museum in Kyoto’s Shimogyō Ward stands in front of Nishi Hongwanji and presents Buddhist culture through special and series exhibitions. Official pages say opening hours are 10:00–17:00 (last entry 16:30), closed every Monday except holidays (then closed the next day), and that series-exhibition fees include 550 yen for adults. Confirm the current exhibition fee before you visit.
