松尾大社神像館

Located in Kyoto, Matsunoo Taisha Shinzōkan is a museum housing twenty-one sacred statues currently held by Matsunoo Taisha. Among these are three life-sized seated figures from the early Heian period, designated as important cultural properties and considered among the oldest and finest examples of Japanese deity sculpture. The collection also includes eighteen other statues dating from the late Heian to Kamakura periods. The interior displays historical maps, lineage charts, and photographs capturing the scenery of the shrine grounds.
