Isaka Memorial Hall in Noshiro honors Naomiki Isaka, called the father of timber-town Noshiro, with displays of his belongings and materials on the city’s lumber industry and coastal shelterbelt forests. Official pages list free admission, hours 9:00–16:00, and openings only on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from April through October, with full closure from November through March unless reserved in advance.
