Shinseikan

新星館 須田剋太・島岡達三美術館

Located in Biei, Hokkaido, Shinseikan is a museum featuring the works of Katsuya Suda and Tatsuzo Shimooka. The facility includes an alpine plant garden and a rock garden. The building contains exhibition rooms for each artist on different floors as well as an observation room.
