Muroya-no-sono Merchant House Museum

商家博物館 むろやの園

Located in Yanai City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, this museum is housed in the former residence of the Oda family, who were prominent oil merchants in Western Japan. The site is recognized as a tangible folk cultural property and features one of the largest existing merchant houses in the country. The museum displays various household utensils and historical documents.
