Shimada City Museum is the city history museum complex known as Histopia Shimada in Shimada City, Shizuoka Prefecture, with a main building and annex covering local history and the Oi River crossing heritage. The museum is currently open 9:00 to 17:00 with last entry at 16:30. Regular closed day is Monday, shifting to the next day when Monday is a holiday, plus year-end and New Year, with additional temporary closures possible. A combined main-and-annex ticket is 300 yen for adults, 240 yen for groups of 20 or more, and free for junior-high students and younger; special exhibitions may be priced separately.
