Ryusenshindo Science Museum presents a limestone cave discovered in 1967 during prefectural road widening across the river from Ryusendo Cave. Official pages say well-developed speleothems and water-flow traces make it scientifically valuable, that it may once have been connected to Ryusendo, and that it is described as the world’s first natural-cave science museum, including exhibits on prehistoric shelter life.
