Izumo Taisha Treasure Hall

出雲大社宝物殿

Located in Shimane Prefecture, the Izumo Taisha Treasure Hall displays various precious items passed down to the shrine. The facility was designed by architect Kiyoto Kikusawa and completed in 1981. The exhibition includes historical artifacts such as a central pillar from an ancient main hall excavated in 2000 and other items that reflect the history and faith of the site.
