Tezen Museum

手錢美術館

Located in Shimane Prefecture, the Tezen Museum opened in 1993 within renovated Edo period rice and sake warehouses. The first exhibition room features hanging scrolls, folding screens, swords, and old documents from the Tezen family collection. The second exhibition room displays hundreds of items of local art and traditional crafts from the Izumo region, including pottery and lacquerware.
