Kasugataisha Museum

春日大社国宝殿

The Kasugataisha Museum is a museum in Nara that houses and displays numerous cultural assets belonging to Kasugataisha, including 354 National Treasures and 2,528 Important Cultural Properties. Many of these treasures date back to the Heian period. The collection features items such as imperial-era arts and crafts, as well as prominent Japanese armor and swords. The facility also includes a hall dedicated to displaying one of Japan's largest Daiko drums.
