Matsumotodaira Park, branded Shinshu Sky Park, at Kanbayashi 5300, Matsumoto City, Nagano Prefecture (postal code 390-1243; telephone 0263-57-2211) is Nagano Prefecture’s largest prefectural urban park surrounding Japan’s highest-elevation Shinshu Matsumoto Airport.
