Teshikaga Town Kussharo Kotan Ainu Museum

弟子屈町屈斜路コタンアイヌ民族資料館

Located on the southern shore of Lake Kussharo in Hokkaido, this museum conveys the history and culture of the Ainu people. The exhibits are organized into five themes: Forest of Yukar, Land of Kotan, Changes of Kotan, Running through Fields and Mountains, and People Supporting Kotan. These displays provide insight into the lives and cultural heritage of the Ainu people.
