Towada Art Center is at Nishi-nibancho 10-9, Towada City, Aomori Prefecture (telephone 0176-20-1127). Official visitor guidance lists open hours from 9:00 to 17:00 with last entry at 16:30. Closed on Mondays (the next day if Monday is a holiday) and around year-end and New Year. General admission is 1800 yen (1000 yen during exhibition changeovers); high-school students and younger enter free; groups of 20 or more paying visitors pay 1600 yen (800 yen in changeover periods). The museum plans a renovation closure from 2027-04-01 through 2028-03-31 while outdoor works may remain viewable. Confirm current exhibitions and the schedule before travel.
