Kanegawa-no-Mori

金川の森

Located in Yamanashi Prefecture, Kanegawa-no-Mori is a forest park consisting of six forests covering approximately 36 hectares. This site features a rare lowland forest for the region. The park supports a diverse natural environment where over 300 types of plants grow and nearly 70 species of wild birds are identified. The area also provides a habitat for various insects and small animals, such as foxes, moles, and mice.
