Saiko Nature Learning Center 位於埼玉縣戶田市，座落於荒川第一水庫內的大型人工湖——彩湖岸邊。此設施旨在介紹湖泊周邊的自然環境，並為國小及國中學生提供各種計畫與自然觀察課程。
