Hakodate City Museum of Literature

Located in Hokkaido, the Hakodate City Museum of Literature is housed in a three-story brick and reinforced concrete building originally constructed as a bank branch in 1921. The museum preserves and displays literary works and manuscripts from authors associated with Hakodate. It is particularly known for its collection of materials related to Ishikawa Takuboku, which attracts many visitors from across the country.
