Asukayama Park in Kita City is open all day, with some closed zones. Official pages say the former Shibusawa Garden, which includes Important Cultural Properties, changed access from Monday 24 March 2025: on Shibusawa Memorial Museum closed days (generally Mondays) the garden is also closed, while open hours remain 9:00–16:30 from March through November and 9:00–16:00 in winter. Confirm garden days before you visit.
