Gunba-no-sato Rokuhara Museum

軍馬の郷六原資料館

Located in Iwate Prefecture, this museum is housed in a former military officer residence built by the old Japanese army during the Meiji era. The wooden structure features Western-style architecture from the late Meiji period, including brick-laid foundations, paneled exterior walls, and sash windows. A unique ventilation grill shaped like the character for six is considered specific to the Rokuhara branch.
