Akagi Nature Park presents a seasonal Japanese forest described as unique. Physiological and psychological experiments have scientifically shown the forest's healing effects, and the Forest Therapy Society certifies it as a Forest Therapy Base. Enjoying the woods is said to support comfort, recreation, relaxation, and immune function. April-November: daily except Tuesdays (April-May no regular closed day; open when Tuesday is a holiday). December-March: Saturdays through Mondays except year-end and New Year. Hours 9:00-16:30, last entry 15:30. Address: 892 Minami-Akagisan, Akagi-machi, Shibukawa, Gunma.
