Santokuen, the Okayama Prefectural Youth Agri-Forestry Culture Center, is an agricultural park on the urban fringe designed to train people who will carry forward the prefecture's farming future and to host learning gatherings for related workers. The park area is open free of charge from 9:00 to 17:00, closed 29 December through 3 January, with 150 free parking spaces.
