Takayama Inari Shrine is at Ushigata-cho Washinosawa 147-1, Tsugaru City, Aomori Prefecture (shrine office telephone 0173-56-2015). Official FAQ pages state that the shrine is open every day of the year, with worship hours generally from 9:00 to 17:00. There is no fixed prayer fee, though many visitors offer 5000 yen or more.
