Located in Saga Prefecture, Yoka Shrine was established in 564. The main deity is Toyotama-hime-no-mikoto, a goddess associated with the sea and childbirth. Other enshrined deities include Hata no Kami and Munakata Sanjoshin. Historically, the shrine served as a guardian for the surrounding region from the Kamakura period through the Edo period. The grounds also contain the Saga Ehisu Shrine, which is associated with Ebisu and Okuninushi.
