Tsugaru City Jōmon Dwelling Museum (also called Karko) presents late-Jomon pit-dwelling reconstructions and related finds in Tsugaru City, Aomori Prefecture. Official city pages list open hours from 9:00 to 16:00. Closed on Mondays (open on holiday Mondays, then closed the next weekday), the day after public holidays with the same weekday shift, and from December 29 through January 3. Admission is 200 yen for adults, 100 yen for high-school and university students, and 50 yen for elementary and junior-high students; groups of 15 or more pay 100 / 50 / 20 yen per person.
