大平山元遺跡展示施設むーもん館

Mumonkan is Sotogahama Town's Odai Yamamoto Site exhibition facility presenting early Jomon finds from the World Heritage cluster in Aomori Prefecture. Official town pages list open hours from 9:00 to 16:00. Closed on Mondays (the next day if Monday is a holiday) and possibly from December 29 through January 3. Admission is 300 yen for adults, with university students and younger free; groups of 20 or more pay 200 yen. Optional craft experiences such as mini pottery (550 yen), braiding (370 yen), and magatama making (520 yen) are available with reception from 9:30 to 15:30.
