Okhotsk Sea Ice Museum

Located in Hokkaido, the Okhotsk Sea Ice Museum is a facility where visitors can experience various aspects of drift ice. The museum features an extreme cold room maintained at minus 20 degrees Celsius, where actual drift ice collected during the winter months is displayed and can be touched. Additionally, the site includes a dome theater featuring a rare inclined full-dome system that shows flight footage passing close to drift ice.
