Ikebana History Museum

Located on the third floor of Ikenobo in Kyoto, the Ikebana History Museum displays various historical materials related to ikebana. The collection includes important cultural properties such as flower manuals, vases, and illustrations of floral arrangements. Other items on display include ancient documents from Rokkakudo, portraits of successive chief priests, and artifacts unearthed during construction. The museum features exhibits organized by historical periods as well as specific themes, with the displays updated once a year.
