Iminomiya Shrine Treasury

Located in Yamaguchi Prefecture, the Iminomiya Shrine Treasury is associated with a shrine that has a history of approximately 1,800 years. The site's origins are linked to historical records such as the Kojiki and Nihon Shoki. The grounds feature significant elements including an ancient ginkgo tree said to have been planted by the minister Wani no Tsukiyomi and a monument marking the location where sericulture began in Japan.
