Located in Kyoto, the Raku Museum is situated adjacent to the Raku family kiln. Opened in 1978, the museum houses a collection of works passed down through generations of the Raku family, including tea ceremony crafts and historical documents. These pieces serve as models for the tradition of Raku ware, which has been preserved for over 450 years. The collection reflects the essence of this long-standing pottery tradition.
