Yoyogi Park in Shibuya is one of central Tokyo’s largest forest parks, promoted as a place where the city sky feels especially open. Park entry is free and the grounds are open at all times, with lawns, tree-lined paths, and event spaces used by residents and visitors alike. Harajuku, Yoyogi-Koen, and Meiji-Jingumae stations are only a few minutes on foot, though weekends and holidays bring heavy road congestion around the entrances. Some sports facilities and the separately managed Jinnan outdoor area have their own rules and works notices, so check the official park pages for current restrictions.
