Official pages list closure on the second and fourth Mondays of each month (or the following Tuesday when Monday is a holiday) and from 29 December to 1 January. Building entry is free; collection-exhibition tickets are 420 yen for adults, 310 yen for university students, and 210 yen for elementary through high-school students, with separate fees for special exhibitions.
