Senkyōkan in Iwatsuki is a former domain school opened in 1799 by Confucian scholar Kodama Nanka and later used for Iwatsuki Domain education. Official city pages call it Saitama Prefecture’s only surviving domain-school building, restored and opened after work completed in 2006. Hours are 9:00–16:30. Closed Mondays (except holidays), the day after a holiday, and 28 December through 4 January. Admission is free. Confirm closed days before you visit.
