Located in the Odaiba Ariake area, the Tokyo Sewerage Museum "Rainbow" is a public relations facility operated by the Tokyo Metropolitan Bureau of Sewerage. Set within the Rainbow Town area, the museum allows visitors to experience various aspects of sewerage work, including areas typically inaccessible to the public such as sewer pipes, pumping stations, central monitoring rooms, and water quality testing rooms.
