Hotaka Shrine at Hotaka 6079, Azumino City, Nagano Prefecture (postal code 399-8303; telephone 0263-82-2003) enshrines Hotakami no Mikoto, with an Okumiya in Kamikochi and a Reigu on Mount Okuhotaka. Official pages note that the Engishiki of 927 listed it among the great shrines of Shinano, and that a 20-year sengu rebuilding tradition for one of its three main halls has continued for more than 500 years.
