白鷹禄水苑

Located in Hyogo Prefecture, Hakutaka Rokusuien is a cultural facility and museum established in 2001 to share information regarding sake brewing traditions. The building is a reconstruction of the former residence of Etsuzo Tatsuuma, the founder of Hakutaka. Built approximately 130 years ago, the original house was destroyed during World War II and later reproduced based on historical sketches. The main building features a high ceiling and an earthen floor, reflecting traditional merchant house designs common in the Hanshin district.
