Hakutsuru Sake Brewery Museum

Located in Hyogo, the Hakutsuru Sake Brewery Museum is housed in an original sake cellar preserved in its original state to showcase traditional brewing methods. The first floor displays various brewing tools, including a large cedar fermentation barrel, and features a tasting area where visitors can sample fresh raw sake. The second floor showcases cooling equipment and koji cultivation rooms while explaining the different stages of the brewing process through actual tools and video recordings.
