Genbudo Museum stands at the entrance to Genbudo, a nationally designated natural monument, and presents minerals, gems, unusual stones, and fossils. Official materials call it a museum of wondrous stones and note that it is marking 50 years since its predecessor, the Genbudo Reference Museum, opened. The site also includes a restaurant with terrace seating and a souvenir shop featuring Tajima goods, plus hands-on activity options for visitors.
