Kawagoe City Art Museum in Kawagoe, Saitama, presents special and permanent exhibitions along with the Aihara Kyuichiro Memorial Room, a Touch Art Corner, and a civic gallery. Hours are 9:00–17:00, with last entry at 16:30. The museum closes on Mondays (the following Tuesday when Monday is a holiday), from December 29 to January 3, and during special arrangement periods. It is at 2-30-1 Kuruwa-machi, Kawagoe-shi, Saitama.
