Ōita Prefectural Art Center

The Ōita Prefectural Art Center is a complex facility in Oita Prefecture that includes both an art museum and a cultural hall. Opened in 1977, the museum department holds a collection of over 5,000 works ranging from the early modern to contemporary periods. The collection features works by artists from Oita Prefecture, including those specializing in southern painting, Japanese painting, Western painting, bamboo crafts, and sculpture.
