台東区立書道博物館

Located in Tokyo, the Taito City Calligraphy Museum houses important collections of Chinese and Japanese calligraphy history. The collection was gathered by painter and calligrapher Fusetsu Nakamura over more than 40 years. The museum contains approximately 16,000 pieces of fine arts, including bronze ware, stone sutras, and Buddha statues. Twelve items are designated as Important Cultural Properties and five are recognized as Art Treasures.
