Tochigi Kuranomachi Museum of Art in Tochigi City closed on 31 March Reiwa 3 (2021) while the city prepared Tochigi City Museum of Art. The official archive page preserves records of exhibitions, events, and education programs held at the Kuranomachi museum. City notices stated that Tochigi City Museum of Art was scheduled to open on 3 November Reiwa 4 (2022). The Kuranomachi museum itself is no longer operating as a visit venue.
