Located in Kobe, Uroko House & Observation Gallery is a prominent Western-style residence and registered cultural property. The building features an exterior clad in approximately 4,000 pieces of natural stone slate, which resemble fish scales. Originally constructed as high-end housing for foreigners during the late Meiji period, it was moved to its current location in the Taisho era. The interior preserves original architectural elements such as a sunroom and bay windows, while the collection includes various Western antiques and porcelain.
